Welcome to 2015-2016 school Year!
Greetings! My name is Ebele Kamuche, I love education and learning. Throughout my life I have always had a deep rooted passion for working with individuals of all ages within all ranges of exceptionalities. I would like to welcome you to an awesome school year!
I received my undergraduate degree from Clayton States University in Science and Mathematics. I also received a Special Education and ESOL degree from the same school. This will be my first year at Conyers Middle School and I am so excited! I absolutely LOVE the field I work in! I strive to do all that I can to meet the individual and very unique needs of all my students, whose paths I feel blessed to cross.
I believe each child is unique and has the capacity to learn and grow in their own rights. My desire is to see them reach their maximum potential and have a promising future. I value strong relationships and partnerships with my students’ families, the students and staff at Conyers Middle and the community.
Assisting students to learn, grow, and develop, and seeing them do things that they were unable to do at the beginning of the year will be a genuinely fulfilling experience for me, due to the fact that it makes me a facilitator of learning instead of just a teacher. To that end, I see learning as something we do throughout our lives. We learn that we should make our choices and commitments in life, so one of my biggest challenges is to help students become learners. I tell my students that the process of learning won't necessarily be easy, but at the end they will have a great sense of accomplishment.
